Have you ever come across someone who just picked up how to use technology as they went? That is the basics of how we got started, originally never received formal training on different components yet somehow always found themselves being able to resolve issues that other users were experiencing fairly quickly. Since then, a bunch of formal training has taken place and the knowledge continues to grow at a very rapid pace. Every day there is always something new we are learning so that way we can bring those concepts back to our users to help improve their use and functionality to everything in their life.
You know that feeling when you do good in the world? It doesn’t have to be anything major, but to actually help and better someone else’s issues resolve? That is what we aim to do, help those within our community overcome challenges, specifically those involving technology. It goes back to the quote “do what is right and good”. When technology doesn’t work the way that it is supposed to, it is very frustrating. That is why we exist, to help get through those frustrating times and see what we can do to simplify the technology in which is trying to be utilized.
We do it all, sometimes it maybe just to change the batteries in the remote, or fixing a machine at someone’s house that needs a tune up, to deploying surveillance systems within businesses and everything in between.
